In 2024 completed a comprehensive civil engineering and groundworks package for an 87-unit apartment development in Coolock Village, Dublin.
This project showcased our capability to deliver large-scale infrastructure works efficiently and to the highest standard.
Our scope included the full sub-structure works, installation of deep drainage systems, an attenuation tank, and a petrol interceptor. We also laid all service ducting and supplied, fitted, and commissioned the new watermain in coordination with Irish Water.
We partnered with Trim Formworks to deliver key reinforced concrete (RC) elements included within our package. In addition to the below-ground works, we completed all hard landscaping across the development, helping to shape the final external environment.
We provided all materials, plant, and labour for this project, working closely with Dublin City Council and Irish Water to ensure full compliance with all regulations. The project was delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard throughout.
